Spring 2023 Basic Hair Design Program

Are you interested in our Spring 2023 Basic Hair Program?  We'd love to get you more information about registering for this program and getting you started on your journey toward becoming a successful hair stylist.

This "Basic Hair Design" series equips students for entry level positions in the hair industry. Some of the very top stylists in the valley are part of designing and teaching at our education center.  This means our students learn from the best, in a manner specifically designed by Refinery House Creative Director: Aly McRae.  Part of what makes our program great (besides being led by very successful stylists) is that we are committed to keeping our student to teacher ratio low, and so currently cap the class at 10.  There are still spots available for spring & fall 2023, though we anticipate both programs being full at the time they begin.  We've had a great deal of success bringing students from zero experience to full time working stylists.

Schedule:

The Fall program dates are as follows:

  • Tues - Fri 10am-3pm April 4th - Oct 6th 4th
  • Theory portion complete:  Aug 4th
  • Practical supervision: Aug 8th - Oct 6th

Periodically there are instances of interruption to service.  We do try to give as much notice as possible to accommodate changes to the schedule. As needed, we'll add training hours insalon to make up for any missed days. The following are the scheduled breaks for the Spring 2023 program:
